The R-PODID project drew attention at the Fourth Sensor Interfaces Meeting (SIM’25), held from 12–13 May in Veldhoven, The Netherlands.
Sponsored by the IEEE Sensors Council and hosted by ASML, the event brought together leading researchers and professionals in the field of sensor technology.
Prof. Marco Crescentini, R-PODID Coordinator from the University of Bologna, presented his team’s research findings during the event’s open poster session. The presentation, co-authored with Research Fellow Sana Fatima Syeda, featured a poster titled A Broadband Hall-Effect Current Sensor. Their work was met with highly positive interest from both academic and industrial attendees.
SIM is a prestigious, high-quality workshop that aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by featuring invited keynote talks and interactive poster sessions. It is designed to appeal to a broad audience including professors, industry experts, and students alike.
The recognition at SIM’25 marks another step forward for the R-PODID initiative, highlighting its contributions to advanced sensor interface technologies.
