During the 5th and 6th of December 2024, R-PODID was presented with a project booth during the EFECS 2024.

EFECS 2024 – Strengthening EU competitiveness – is the premier European Forum for Electronic Components and Systems, dedicated to advancing the sector’s growth and innovation. Taking place in the historic city of Ghent, Belgium, this event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and innovators to strengthen Europe’s strategic leadership in semiconductor technology.

With the increasing demand for advanced chip technologies, the Chips Joint Undertaking plays a pivotal role in securing Europe’s position as a global leader in this critical industry. EFECS 2024 showcased the Chips JU’s mission to address key societal and industrial challenges through innovative ECS solutions, fostering collaboration and strategic autonomy across the EU. The event presented our consortium with an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the Chips JU programme and how it addresses Europe’s most pressing technological and economic challenges, valuable networking opportunities to connect with key stakeholders and the broader ECS community, and strategic discussions with numerous stakeholders.
