R-PODID at Chips JU Information Day in Rome

Last week, the Coordinator of R-PODID Marco Crescentini attended a meeting organised by the Italian Association of Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Information and Communication Technology (AEIT) and the Chips Mirror Group Italy.

This “Chips JU Information Day” event was held in Rome on 6 March 2025, with the aim of disseminating information about funding opportunities in the Electronic Components and Systems (ECS) sector. The event, hosted by Confindustria, welcomed the participation of the Chips JU and Italian Public Authorities officers, who presented the Chips Joint Undertaking Calls 2025, shared insights into the national approach to the Chips Act in Italy, and presented the ECS Research and Innovation Agenda (ECS-SRIA). This meeting was an excellent networking opportunity, and R-PODID was discussed with numerous policy-makers, industry and academia representatives, and other stakeholders.
