HPE Hosts UC2a Workshop on Automotive Traction Inverter

On 3rd and 4th February 2025, partners of the R-PODID project, including HPE, UNIBO, ST,
TUE, ICT, UNIME, and LEAR, gathered for the first workshop of Use Case 2a.

The event provided an important platform for collaboration, technical discussions, and practical
demonstrations, fostering progress in the field of automotive traction inverters. Key topics covered included hands-on activities involving tests and measurements, in-depth sessions on artificial intelligence and related subjects, and the integration of innovative sensors into the use case.

The main outcomes of the workshop included the establishment of fixed constraints on the measurements to be utilised for artificial intelligence applications, critical decisions regarding the integration of innovative sensors into the use case, and the identification of anticipated topics for the next workshop. The upcoming session, which will be hosted by HPE, will focus on RF impedance and conducted emissions testing.

This workshop marked a significant step towards advancing the R-PODID project’s objectives, fostering collaboration among leading experts and setting the stage for further technical developments.
